Sites
Sites for 2010 will be released on 5th November 2009 via email.

All sites come with power and overnight security. Some sites have kitchenette facilities. Costs vary from $300 to $150 per site for the weekend. Costs are indicated on each location.
All sites are 12 square metres and will be clearly marked out for bumping-in on Friday 30th April. There will be personnel at each site to coordinate arrival and set-up. We provide 2 tables of various lengths and 2 chairs. The tables are most commonly standard folding trestle tables.
To book a site
From November 5th 2009 booktraders who are registered will be given a password and can immediately proceed to the on-line site selection and payment page.
All payment is by card on the secure on-line system. An automatic tax receipt will be issued to you on payment.

Conditions
Sites are only available to booktraders or those trading in closely aligned products such as maps, sheet music, prints or book paraphernalia.
Sites are secured on payment.
All traders need to cover their own insurance including public liability insurance for their site. The policy number must be registered with Booktown. We have public liability for the event.
Cancellation of sites will incur a $50 fee. No refunds will be given after March 1, 2010.
Additional Information
We may gain additional sites and will post them as they become available. If your preferred site is not available we suggest you take a site and indicate to us that you would like an option on the other, if it should become available. Up until March 1, 2010 it is possible to move sites of a similiar value without cost.
Mobile phone coverage is a problem in the township and it is strongly recommended to contact the booktown office before hiring a mobile eftpos machine. We will advise on those systems which work in the township.
